Search for phallocracy and/or phallocrat!
Unfortunately, these searches don't give "The Protected Men", one fiction of Robert Merle. (It was mistitled in English as "The Virility Factor", I don't know why; the original title is "Les hommes proteges" and it fits...)
The book uses the words above, I can say well based.
As one not too goood but available review wrote:Feminism's ultimate nightmare/dream - depending on your point of view - begins when untreatable "Encephalitis 16" becomes a worldwide epidemic whose only victims are post-puberty, pre-senility males. As men die out, women move into top spots (President Sarah Bedford, Premier Colette Lagrafeuille), and male survivors either become uninfectable eunuchs or take their chances as "stags" or, like narrator-hero Ralph Martinelli, are lucky enough to be "P.M.'s: men worth protecting in a stag-free environment. Short, sexy Dr. Martinelli is special because his unwifely wife is a Washington bigshot and because, in his lab on Vermont's Blueville Ranch ("a deluxe concentration camp"), he's working on an E-16 vaccine. Blueville's a microcosm of the anti-male world outside, where individual freedom is an "outmoded concept"; militiawomen secretly lust after the doctor but denounce him as an "inveterate sexist," ex-whore Bella visits to collect for the sperm bank, and Amazonian Hilda Helsingforth (who owns Blueville) mixes lesbianism with calls to Martinelli for stud duty. Things look increasingly grim - old men are being raped and President Bedford has plans for spermless, cloning reproduction - until Martinelli finally discovers his vaccine, along with true love and a widespread underground of moderate anti-Bedfordists. Escape to Canada leads to Watergate-like revelations about Bedford and a compromise ending: Martinelli and his beloved?? It isn't. Sometimes it counts. Please look at LDS membership!

Can any of these items be purchased online to avoid that long drive to Provo? The Point of the Mountain corridor is especially treacherous during that time of the year when searching for such marvelous Christmas gifts. What child would not be thrilled with a DCP plush toy!

This building was necessary after the ZCMI Center eclipsed the statue of Moroni in height. Symbolically a Church building was needed to be at least one story higher than any other.

To top it off during the Utah Bribery Olympics the penis palace had a very large image of a figure skater on one side, short skirt - panties and all.

Hahhaaha! Well, for years everyone I knew, Mormon or not, commented on the COB's overwhelmingly phallic appearance. The globes at the base made it hard to avoid that comparison.

If no one has already answered Rockslider, the church archives are no longer in the COB having been moved to the new church library. Perhaps there are a few there that haven't made the transition yet, but I doubt it. I haven't been to SLC since the library opened, but the time I spent in the COB archives was always very pleasant. The archivists and clerks were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They had very good security, too, an absolute must for any place dealing with rare collections and manuscripts. I've worked in rare book and manuscript collections in many institutions and libraries: the NYPL, the Huntington, the Beinecke, the Utah Historical Society, the University of Utah rare book and manuscript collections, the Bancroft, the LOC, the Smithsonian, the Brooklyn Museum archives and plenty of other private collections and university libraries across the country. The was no difference in professionalism between the church archives and any other research facility I've visited. The LDS archives did utilize a slightly different cataloging system and I'm not sure if that's still in place. They were also slightly behind the curve in terms of digitizing their collection, but I suspect that will soon be remedied and is probably already in the works.

Do you see phallic imagery everywhere? What are you compensating for with the insults?

Its not just Runtu who has worked there. I have too. And I worked there more recently than old Runtu, as I recall.

I've been through pretty much every floor and its a delightful array of cubicles, offices, conference rooms, and office storage space. Somebody said the main floor has a cafeteria, I believe. no. that's the floor just below the main floor. The 26th floor is able to be a big old meeting room, or banquet style spot. In SLC its a pretty big building, but in other big cities its not that impressive.

Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever made it to 7th through 11thish floors. I might have seen them from the elevator though. Anyway, i can't speak to those floors.
Love ya tons,

How would moving out of Utah alter the fact there was a bribery scandal surrounding the Olympic bid process?
