All right, Baker!

This challenge should be only between those NOT on the list. Agree?

Holy cow! We got talent!

I vote Will.

I guess your tastes tend more towards Kid Rock than Alan Parsons Project.

I recorded all instrumentation. How 'bout Democrat drums?

If I could take my vote back, I would give it to you. Certainly you deserve it long before Will, with his insipid, chauvinist fantasies about randy waitresses at cheap hotel restaurants.

Well done, Baker! I like it. You could use the addition of a real drummer, or more programming on the drum machine, to add some rhythmic variation, but your tune is very catchy.

It looks like we need an MDB Various Artists CD.

Who wants in?

At this point, it could well be that the believers would outshine the skeptics in a musical competition.

Just think, they have Bokovoy and Nightlion. And bringing up the distant third would be Will.

Where do you fit in, Baker?

On the skeptics side, there are my sad little offerings and who else?

Believers seem to have it hands down. What are we going to do, skeptics? Who is going to step up to the plate?

(I posted this in the wrong thread, so here's a repost.......)

Some good stuff here. Can a true amateur (with crappy recording equipment) get in on this? If so, here's an entry. The guitar tracks and harmonica are mine, and the drums are from a thrift store drum machine. The song was written for our dog, may he rest in peace.

Of course you are in, cacheman. I am committed to this idea. We should have an MDB Various Artists CD. We could sell copies with the proceeds going to getting rid of these ads.
