Would you take a toy car to a real mechanic to get fixed?

No. But then I wouldn't take the word of a child as to what is "real" and what is a toy car.

I'm not sure why this thread needs an Egyptologist. Help me out on this one.

Really? Virtually any child who can speak knows the difference.

Not in the more in-depth, adult sense that I meant. It is not uncommon for children, when given the chance, will play with real cars in pretend ways as though they were toys. That is because in their under-developed minds, much of the "real' world around them becomes, and is viewed in toy-ish ways.

But, let's not push the metaphor beyond its intended point.

You will need to address your question to whomever thinks this thread needs an Egyptologist. That wouldn't be me.

Of course not! What in the hell would any believer in the Book of Abraham want with a real Egyptologist? Can you say buzz kill?
