I agree with Runtu. I like Nightlion's methods.

This is very appropriate as I sit here listening to Katy Perry's latest...

I'm sorry, I spaced out on your clone theory, too. I like it a lot, actually, and I'm pretty sure there must be a similar narrative thread in some science fiction. I can't call it to mind right now, but I'd swear Johanna Russ talks about it somewhere.

Personally (my theology), I think Jesus was a man like any other. If Joseph was his dad then he is 100% Semitic. If Mary was pregnant when she married Joseph (I think that is alluded to in the New Testament) maybe his dad was Roman. Like Brian.
Brian was Roman? Then why did he sing with that British accent?

We might have to ask sethbag about this.
If you have watched any documentaries or most especially the HBO series "Rome" you would know that all ancient Romans spoke with an English accent. Usually a North country accent (Yorkshire).
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

O... M... G... Jesus was a clone! That is the best thing I've heard all week.
I'll never be able to think of Jesus again without realizing what he really must have looked like:

Schmo, that guy was a biological son not a clone of Jenga Phet.

Hmmmm... I thought he was still a clone, just the most exact replica clone made, and his father adopted him as a son because of it.
Thinking about it, the parallels are more numerous than I thought. We're all god's children, but Jesus is his closest replicate.
