A question for William Schryver

Post by _Dr. Shades »

Dear Will:

Why did you attend the 2006 ex-Mormon Conference?

Thanks,
"Shades"

I was writing a song called The Last Days of Pompeii, and I knew it would be a good place to find inspiration.
I thought myself the wiser to have viewed the evidence left of such a great demise. I followed every step. But the only thing I ever learned before the journey's end was there was nothing there to learn, only something to forget.

At least that will be a fact based piece of work for a change...

Wow. Considering where you live, you sure don't spare any expense when looking for inspiration.

Did your wife go with you? Just wondering if that would have helped or hindered the inspiration process?

I left her home, chained barefoot to the butter churn.

Just wondering if that would have helped or hindered the inspiration process?

All I know is that there wouldn't have been any butter when I got home.

LOL!

Really? I thought that it had something to do with that "documentary" you were supposedly working on--i.e., the one where you were trying to set up an interview w/ Dan Vogel.

Okay, but you're no Gordon Lightfoot.

Would you post the words? I couldn't understand most of them.

Oh, and how's it going on the defense of R.E. Burton?
