Technically correct, but only half so. The "Church of Jesus Christ" itself dates to Adam and his immediate posterity, and hence the "church" itself is primordial, and is active and established whenever the gospel is on the earth and legal administrators are present.
There is only one "true and living" church on the earth, however, and that makes all the difference in the world. Homosexuals can find or create their own church, or indeed, their own religion to satisfy themselves and their "itching ears" while mortal life lasts.
Others will accept the gospel and deal with their SSA as the gospel directs, and carry their crosses as others of us have done regarding our own deep weaknesses and mortal disabilities.
