God pisses on Zion? Imminent flooding along Wasatch Front

Some of us have family in the area and are not exactly excited about a potential disaster ...

According to the Book of Revelation

Revelation12
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.

Oh, wait. That flood was the Druid hordes that joined the Church and became the tares who defiled the Restoration and drove the gospel out into the wilderness, and its those very tares that the Earth opens it mouth to swallow up.

Ooooh! I guess such a people will be ripe in their iniquities and the waters shall cover the hiding place.


I always thought Salt Lake City was situated at the head of a FAT valley.
If you were to say that the prophets and priests were drunk with pride and the blood and sins of this generation this entire prophecy fits them perfectly.

I posted this in jest. On one hand most of the utah Mormons (most of which are of the chapel variety) think that they truly are blessed people above all else and live in the chosen land of Utah and natural disasters are straight from god.

Is there some compelling reason you need to denigrate me? Let's just say each LDS temple I see, knowing the blasphemous arrogance that defiles them all day and continuously, I would rather the earth opened up her mouth wide and swallowed them down whole. If my faith got to where I could command it, and I knew it would please the Lord at such a moment, I would.

Now is the time residents are talking to lawyers as much as contractors so they will sue for the cities and county allowing them to build in flood prone areas. The worst will be the fools who build ever higher on the foothills and East Bench, an old shoreline made of sand and loose rock. Their worry is the downslope movement of the sediment ...

So the Church might have a case against Draper for allowing that Temple on the hillside?
