Yeah, I'm getting "A" from people I've asked so far. They act like this is not something we should worry about. Why the hell not? What is the worth of a child? My 2-yr old got stitches today. It was hard for me to watch him in pain. And that was just one cut.

A) must be correct. Thinking is always detrimental to religious beliefs. It's best to be mindless in these matters.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Preach it brother!!!!!

What do you think God will do with the children of those people?

Have them caught up to meet him and the Church of the Firstborn in the air.

Will he burn and chop them up too?

Nope. Plus I think the burning and hewing have more to do with the hell they're going to rather then the method of death.

Will he let them roam aimlessly as orphans?

No, they will be cared for.

Why don't the apocalyptic prophets address this? Is it a useless detail?

They don't have to. They already described the Millenium and there is nothing about starving children wandering the earth until they die. That detail would be important if it were true.

Wasn't there a precedent set in the time of Moses?
From Numbers 31:
14And Moses was wroth with the officers of the host, with the captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, which came from the battle.

15And Moses said unto them, Have ye saved all the women alive?

16Behold, these caused the children of Israel, through the counsel of Balaam, to commit trespass against the Lord in the matter of Peor, and there was a plague among the congregation of the Lord.

17Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.

18But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.

Nice God...
