The MAD Board, Promoting Frivolous Lawsuits or Just Crazy?

Juliann (who assumed the guise of Nemesis for that thread) was obviously pissed off that Will's insults and foul language were put in a compendium form by Ms Jack and that decision makers at the Maxwell Institute thought this compendium significantly deleterious to their reputation to warrant action.

Fortunately the Maxwell Institute was not in her potential lawsuit sights.

Another MAD poster was banned as a result of that anger driven thread. Yikes.

Now it appears the OP and responses are back (sanitized). My guess is that MAD found out that MsJack had made a transcript of the original OP and responses and decided that plausible deniability was not an option in this case.

Here is the explanation from Nemesis on why the OP was temporarily removed:

Sorry, but I'm not buying it. Also, it is unfortunate that someone was offered up as a sacrificial lamb for Juliann's unprofessional behavior.

On this thread Nemesis is acting as Juliann's wingman and carrying on a discussion with Juliann. Is Juliann pretending to be two different people and actually complimenting each sockpuppet on their posts?! Holy crap that is weird!!
