Wow, you are right. I didn't even notice because I wasn't focusing on her face.

I love how the cheerleaders, volleyball players, and gymnast have their shoulders covered, but their shorts, skirts and leotard come up to their crotch. Meanwhile the male basketball player has his thighs covered, but his shoulders exposed. What's the deal?

I actually saw the show this guy was on and he was wearing the appropriate attire for the dance. He did mention on the show that his old girlfriend cheated on him (probably a dear-John letter while he was on a mission). I assumed he was LDS being from Provo and married at age 22, but when he swooped up his wife her shirt went up enough to show that she was not wearing the appropriate undergarments. Perhaps others may have saw this and were aghast and reported both of them to the Bishop for not wearing the appropriate undergarments.

I want to hear Terryl Givens weigh in on this matter.

But yes, I am a sucker for beautiful blondes so continue to whine. by the way, I am guessing your wife is African American? If not, whats your point? Are you attempting to establish that a person is racist for thinking many Utah girls are very pretty?

My comment to you came out wrong. I just wanted to point out that BYU is not necessarily filled with more hot babes than any other school. It is filled with women of northeastern European decent.

lostindc wrote:I am a huge fan of blondes and I agree with your cloning statement. About 7 years ago I arrived in Utah, to live, for a summer and semester. I could not believe how beautiful the girls were and how fruity the guys were. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. No way could I have achieved a girl as hot as my wife while living in the east (note my wife is a 10 on any person's scale...I know I lucked out big).

My question, what do they put in the water?

Well, maybe there are three possible explanations. One could be that Utah has a lot of women descended from areas of the world with beautiful women. Then again, from my understanding there are a lot of Mormons who are from British ancestors so that could throw a wrench into that one. However, yes, there are a lot of Scandinavian Mormons so maybe it balanced out. Another theory could be that polygamy allowed for healthy males to promote their genetics in vast numbers -- and health is usually associated with attractiveness. Lastly, more intelligent people are generally better looking. In the general population these people tend to reproduce less than the people who watch "My Name is Earl" and think it is a reality show. In Utah, however, the higher intelligent people tend to be the most active in Church (hey, even Darwin admitted that religious people tended to possess higher intelligence -- "Descent of Man") and so your typical stake president or bishop has larger families than the guy who works at Walmart.
