Actually no it did not. There were a few that said they engaged in dry humping but and I recall maybe one said that they did not feel to bad about it. None blather on and on about how it was so acceptable and all and how everyone did it.
But you are to dense to get the point. So what if you did this and did not feel guilty. It certainly was not and is not within the realm of acceptable behavior as far as the Church is concerned. Spencer Kimball would have chewed you up and spit you out over this.
