I need clarification on the criteria. In the past, anyone who maintained a blog on this board, had their name in blue. Are you now saying that if a poster has a blog on this board and it does not meet the criteria, that the username will not be in blue?

Ugh, this is really bothering me, Shades.

Let me say first, that my blog is set to private with only a few people who have access, not counting the moderation team. What's bothering me doesn't have to do with a desire for people to take note of my blog because they couldn't read it if they wanted to.

When the blog feature was announced on this board, there were no stipulations regarding bloggers using blue screen names as indicated on the front page. My particular screen name was listed in blue as well as the title of my blog listed on the lists of blogs.

I can tell you exactly when it went to black.

If a poster maintains a blog on this board, I don't see why you now choose to exclude MD bloggers based on the content of their blogs.

I believe that if one is a poster on this board and maintains a blog on this board, they should be listed as a board blogger.

It's a matter of principle based on the fact that this is supposed to be a community of posters.

Posters aren't ranked based on the content of their posts. Why are you ranking posters based on the content of their blogs?

Again, only two people (and admin) can read my blog. This isn't about "advertising" my blog.

It's about exclusion.

It's as if you are saying that everyone is welcome but hey, if your blog isn't judged 51% LDS related content, you're not recognized as a board blogger.
