Way to go.
Bullies have a way of doing this to people. In High Schools across America, students are threatening other students in the same way. Isn't it wonderful?

Why not blame ZLMB?
This board has allowed certain posters to post personal attacks about other posters under the guise of freedom. This is bullcrap.

It is a little museum of oddities you can look into when you want some mild amusement (and sometimes just plain jaw-dropping astonishment). For the convenience of people who want to add a choice specimen from time to time, it is most convenient to have it pinned.
Zadok: I did not have a faith crisis. I discovered that the Church was having a truth crisis. Maksutov: That's the problem with this supernatural stuff, it doesn't really solve anything. It's a placeholder for ignorance.

I guess I'm really talking about the procedure of the board, rather than the content of the thread (other than to note it's not a utility thread...)
If there was a rule that was something like:
1. Someone proposes that a thread is stick-ied 2. A vote is left open for - I donno - a week. You can vote 'Yes' or 'No'. 3. If there are more Yes than No votes at the end of the week, then the thread is stickied.
I think that would be fine. Then you can't accuse Shades of 'unduly influencing' the 'culture' of the board. Well - ok - plenty of people still would either way. But I think they'd be wrong if it worked as above.

I consider Will and Dan to be victims. Dan was one of the first to be personally attacked by posters. And Will filled Dan's place in being mocked and bashed. However, Will does respond harshly at times. But I consider him to be a victim of the atmosphere here.

LOL! Well, obviously you don't understand Will very well at all.

Someone at MAD stole a photo off my Facebook, a photo which included my children and posted sexually explicit commentary across it, at the same meme site where Juliann's photos were posted. So if this forum is guilty, so is theirs. And to consider William a victim means you need to repair your moral compass. Runtu might have a spare.

Hear that? That's the sound of the world's tiniest violin...

Why me's lack of concern for you and your children is quite telling.
