My feeling is that we bring images back, but incorporate into the rules the following:
1. All images that are copyright must be credited.

Joseph, in his zeal to help out artists, may not be privy to all of the circumstances surrounding the posting of a photo. As in the case with Blixa, she actuallly HAD CONTACT with the artist in question. That whole situation could have been avoided had Joseph merely chosen to TALK with Blixa one-on-one.
5. Any breaking of these rules would be cause for immediate suspension. The rules surrounding "outing" someone in in real life would result in not only banning, but IP banning as well.

It might be possible ask that no personal images of others be posted. It seems to me that the problem was not so much the images, themselves, as it was that someone's family/personal pictures were uploaded. The extreme hostility that ensued engendered an extreme reaction.

Get Joseph professional help for his anal retentive issues. He doesn't have a good grasp on what's important and whats not. He should go on a crusade against movie pirating and illegal song downloads.
