I'm prepared to change myself (and you know the Gandhi saying, "be the change you wish to see"), but I'm not prepared to continue in an atmosphere of bullying and character assassination, and I don't think Dr. Peterson is, either.
Glad that you are now on board. Better late than never. I suppose that it is now a good moment to change your behavior. The bashing now would not be tolerated since a change has been introduced to the board. I see many critics having a change of heart after being bashers when bashing was popular. Now suddenly the critics have had a Alma the younger experience or a Paul experience. And that is wonderful. Lets hope that it can continue.

I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world. Joseph Smith We are “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all…” Joseph Smith
why me wrote: Of course, it would have been nice if you had some clout when Dan was being bashed a couple of years ago. The abuse that Dan took, with very little problems from the critics, on this board was very insensitive and showed very little sympathy from critics on this board. And I don't remember if you were outspoken against the bashing. But I do remember a lot of silence from the board's critics.
That's a fair point, but the Vietnam War ended 36 years ago. There's little point dwelling on the past. And no, I haven't had an "Alma The Younger" experience or that sort of "change of heart". It's a different sort of "change" I'm talking about, one which I hope will encourage more all-round fairness.
