Re: My Experience With Daniel Peterson
The big question is whether he is willing to put aside differences and interact in a normal manner with non-Mormons who have no interest in converting. Particularly peple of color, or whose ancestry is not "acceptable" in Mormon eyes. ?? Does he think that Dallin Oakes "Carthage Conspiracy" book tells the whole story?

Re: My Experience With Daniel Peterson
Years ago, I was driving down the snowy I-90 in Eastern Utah late at night when my car suddenly died. I pulled over to the side of the road, and wondered what the heck I was going to do, as I couldn't see anyone on the desereted road in either direction and it was almost 3am. To my surprise, there was suddenly a knock on the driver's side window, and a kind, portly mustachioed man asked if I needed assistance. I popped the hood and he was able to spot a belt that had fallen off the engine. He quickly placed it, and the car was able to start. Before I drove off, I realized I had forgotten to thank the man or even get his name, and I hopped out to do so. But he was gone. I looked around, and not only was the man nowhere to be seen, THERE WERE NO FOOTSTEPS IN THE FRESHLY FALLEN SNOW!
I wonder...?

Does your online persona accurately reflect the true Daniel C. Peterson?
Or are you really the man which Everybody Wang Chung and others have described in real life?
One of them is a put on. I hope it is the online persona.
And what about yourself? Are you really like your online personality in real life? Are you so aggressive against Mormonism in real time, real life?
Maybe more aggressive.
Actually, there is as of now only one person that can answer that objectively (so that counts me out). But rest assured, why me, you are not that person.

It was either Dr. Peterson or one of the three Nephites. Especially if he had the correct replacement belt in his back pocket.
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Quasi, does it have to be an either/or proposition? Maybe Dr. Peterson is one of the three Nephites (or John).

Thanks, Everybody Wang Chung. I'm glad I behaved decently.

On a somewhat different note, does anybody here apart from Scratch (and, very possibly, sock puppet and Cam4Whatever and a handful of others of similar inclination), take this claim (regarding me) seriously?
I'm genuinely interested to know.

A few years back I was visiting BYU in the middle of winter. I had accidently left my lights on and my battery was dead. Soon a a kind, portly mustachioed man asked if I needed assistance and gave me a jump start. After cleaning off my windshield of the snow he noticed my wiper blades needed replacing and removed the ones from his car and placed them on mine. He said he didn't live very far and had some new ones at home. I went to thank him, but he rushed off and I couldn't ask his name, could this have been him?

I wander the roads every night in the winter, seeking to help those with defective wiper blades.
But I'm not sure this was a case that I was involved in. There are many of us. We're called . . . "the Danites."

Based on your physical description, it was probably SeattleGhostWriter.

Is he a DANite too?
