That is a little creepy. Like having your parents in the bedroom on your wedding night (I understand this was common in medieval times to assure that royal weddings were consummated).

Don't forget that the belief is that dead people are resurrected to a "perfect state", say, in their prime. This might change things a bit for you, no? Let's say for example, that the spirit of Paul Newman joins you. Would that be creepy? What about Elizabeth Taylor?
Also, do Mormons believe that God is omnipresent? That would put God in every bedroom, invited or not.
Yes, they do believe this. I taught this as a missionary. Unfortunately, I think it is incorrect per the teachings and revelations of Joseph Smith and Brigham Young.
