Yes...he did! I wrote them letters. The only reply to the letters was my bishop saying, "Stop sending the Brethren letters." I tried calling, and spoke to LDS security. The highest person I spoke with was Elder Pinnock, who thanked me for the information but told me I could not speak with President Hinckley. I also spoke with various members of LDS Security who either laughed at me, mocked me, or told me to speak to my bishop or "get professional help".
