There are an increasing number who attempt to put 1) God-guided evolution, together with, 3) a God who is involved in a special type of creation/Garden of Eden/first-humans-with-souls scenario.
I personally think that these are puzzle pieces that are difficult to force. For me, it's 1) or 2).

I do what I can (Kinda tough crowd in these parts though)
Although it is indeed true that Catholics are funnier than Baptists, Baptists are better swimmers (I think it has something to do with the confidence they get during full submersion experiences).
