Possibly remedies for Dr. Shades - what to do about Joseph

I have suggested a few times banning Joseph, and in the banning letting joseph know that he is unwelcome to return and that his return will be trespass.

There is a basis. It could be criminal trespass. But more likely would be trespass to chatels, see here for a case in Utah concerning trespass to chattel

Dr. Shades, if you own the server you definately has a trespass claim if you ban someone and inform them their return will be trespass.
If you lease server space I would say you still have a claim. The known lawyers can offer better advice.

If you would put this effort into keeping photo posting to legal images your lives would not be such sad, cheap soap opera material.
