No matter the outcome, Court appearances and actions are always a crapshoot. Infringement cases are expensive in time, money and frustration. Many whose photos may be stolen will have the backing of legal foundations and professional organizations whose attorneys handle nothing but IP law. They deal with copyright thieves on a daily basis.

Pay close attention to "The Fifth use factor" and remember that a number on here have stated they will deliberately post copyrighted material without permission. Add in that many believe this to be a HATE SITE, and you may have more problems than you think should any of this ever see a courtroom.
The simple solution is as it has been from the beginning. Don't use photos without permission.
