Well, considering the fact that I was banned for a short time for posting a pic of beautiful women frolicking vice Mr. Joseph attempting to shut the board (with no consequent banning)... I antcipate Mr. Joseph resuming his posting and threats, fully supported by Mr. Shades, in 3-2-1...

Surely you meant "IF anyone threatened Joseph, they ought to be ashamed of themselves"?
Like an earlier poster, absent evidence it seems to me much more likely that Joseph is just trying to find a plausible way out, since Everybody Wang Chung has made it plain that Joseph's pseudo-legalese is just so much hot air, and that he is willing to take on any legal case in the extremely unlikely case that it ever comes to that.

All right, I'll add the "if." As I've said, I haven't paid much attention to Joseph because I determined long ago that his posts weren't relevant or interesting to me. But if someone did threaten him, that is wrong. Having been on the receiving end of such threats, I know whereof I speak.
