I can not give you the explaination, just that with God's power all things are possible. Some of you believe in a big-bang that creates an entire universe, but can not comprehend a global flood of a small almost insignificant planet in that universe.

What we comprehend is a total lack of evidence for a Global flood and a mountain of evidence against such an event. If God can do anything, then he is also hiding the evidence and putting in place so much evidence against. This would make God a deceiver.

God does not decieve! You were not there to see the evidence with your own eyes, so you need to have faith that what the Bible says about it is true. Read-it, pray about it, then if your heart and mind is softened with faith, you might believe.

The question isn't whether or not we believe God could cause a global flood or not. The question is why would an all powerful God cause such a flood then erase all evidence that he did so? The difference between the big bang and the global flood is that we can see physical evidence of the big bang while finding physical evidence of the flood is rather elusive and requires a lot of mental gyrations.

Over 4000 lbs of fossilized shells have been taken from the tall Andes mountains. Evidence or conspiracy?

Only because this particular God does not exist.

You were not there to see the evidence with your own eyes, so you need to have faith that what the Bible says about it is true.

No one is suggesting they were, which is irrelevant to all the evidence against any global flood event and no evidence suggesting any event. You can have faith and pray in all kinds of holy books and religions and get this kind of answer. People do it all the time. It does not mean you are actually communicating with the divine.

Read-it, pray about it, then if your heart and mind is softened with faith, you might believe.

I used to believe it. All you are advocating for is blind faith. This is not a good trait. By your thinking anyone can make all the ludicrous claims they want and try to validate them by saying my Goddess is all powerful.

This is exactly what I was talking about with hoops. You can't really have a fruitful discussion with those who first have a closed mind, and worse have no understanding of science. I suggest you take some university courses in geology.

I am not sure if you are trying to make my point for me or not but certainly you know something of plate tectonics do you not?

Please tell me you are not implying that a global flood carried these fossils to the top of the Andes.

See, that's what frustrates us. Why not just engage us with what you know? Let's have a discussion - pretend I'm the weird neighbor who is a biblical literalist. I'm fairly nice, I make sure your garbage cans don't blow away. I cut an extra row of grass so you don't have as much to do. I even return your newspaper to you when I'm done with it in the morning.
