Mmmmm.... I like this so far. Gimme a little bit to really dive into this, but from what I've read there's a lot of potential here. Off for now, but.....

Cool!!!

Ha ha. The Blue Mouse is nice dating detail, but the resignation letter was hilarious!

Keep it coming.

My favorite part was making omlets in the fig-leaf apron!

I started to get freaked when the ugly stick came out, but then everything turned out. lol

No gripes. I like the period details, the bombings, the Blue Mouse, that PHONE. Is that an accurate price for it?

Yeah, that was the list price, but the demand for those things probably pushed it up another thousand bucks.

Is the Blue Mouse still open???

Sadly, no. I'm not in Utah anymore, but from what I remember, its been closed since the late 80s. I think it closed around the time Cosmic Aeroplane did and I'm pretty sure I didn't visit it past 1984 or so...

Too bad. My wife and I watched flicks like Twilight of the Cockroaches & Akira at the Blue Mouse. I loved how they had big, dilapidated sofas in the first couple rows instead of theater seats.

Yep, I have many happy memories of the place too. And the Cinegrill next door! (Its still around but has changed locations.)
