I believe Ambien is notorious for causing sleep-walking. Sleep chatting would seem right in line.

My boyfriend takes it now and then, but I'm scared of the stuff. I already had a history of sleep-walking as a youngster, I don't want to end up sleep-driving or sleep-cleaning or something. I have enough driving and cleaning when I'm awake.

OMG, I took Ambien every night for six years and I'm perfectly fine. Rilly.

So now that I'm off it (and getting about 3 hrs sleep/night) what improvements can I expect?
