The intent is to assist journalists, authors, bloggers, producers, and others in the media in getting their stories right, and to correct misinformation and distortions about Mormons, Mormonism, and other faith communities.

You do realize that Joseph will use this as ammunition for posting a picture of the MDL Board of Directors in their private sanctum.
However, this organization makes you wonder if there is an Under the Banner of Heaven level book waiting for future newsworthy material about the actions of the MDL.

I suspect that they will be choosy about it, and apply their own definition of "Mormon" in determining what to defend.
