doesn't get any stoopidier than that.

I have a soft spot for bcspace's attempt to canonize the writings of Ann Coulter. He's doing good work scaring the intelligent people out of the church.

So does anyone think it possible that seeds and spores from this earth could some how escape gravity by wind or perhaps Volcanic eruption or even a meteor impact float out past the atmosphere and stratosphere into space and then survive long enough to make it to another sphere? I know its probably implausible with all the radiation and what with having to reenter an atmosphere... but... it's an interesting thought

Did you know you could reach escape velocity via wind?

Well, that's what the collected contemporaneous statements in Prescott's work calls them. Seems the conquistadors were pretty stupid.

Conquistadors also believed in the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. So, I think you just made an argument to become Catholic. Welcome home Yahoo Bot!

I know this is supposed to be a MADhouse quote page, but this one is just too good to resist, and would fit in well over there:
bcspace wrote:I dunno. Militant blacks are pretty keen on blacks marrying blacks. This would be a prime occaision for Romney to bring up Obama's past and his past associations. I would not hesistate to play the Terrorist/Marxist/Pedophilia card against Obama.

I think it was Mr. Stak who said that bc's greatest virtue is that he only ever writes one or two sentences.

Mormon Dialogue and Discussions. Mormons who are posing as intellectuals go there to make fools of themselves. It is heavily moderated, and they all come off as looking like sock-puppets of each other. I avoid it, because it either pisses me off or amazes me when they can write decent sentences and believe what they believe.
See my sig.
Most active participants on this board have been banned from that board. I gave up on attempting to have rational discussion long before that. I always seemed to end up at the bottom of a pile of filthy growling yippng dogs.
Sorry about the nastiness.

St Thomas Aquinas,
in ``Summa Theologica``
wrote:
Although to make satisfaction is due in itself, yet, in so far as the deed is done voluntarily by the one who offers satisfaction, it becomes something gratuitous on the part of the agent, so that he makes a virtue of necessity. For debt diminishes merit through being necessary and consequently against the will, so that if the will consent to the necessity, the element of merit is not forfeited.
In other words (ooooh; I used one of Joseph Smith's pet peeves...) bc knows nobody read his sentences from the third on.

Totally off topic, but this is the place (as BY used to say - or not).

Something I've learned by my last comment that the builtin spell checker translates (using certain silicon urimthummim) JS as Joseph Smith.

I propose this feature (??) should be extended to all prophets, seers, revelators (and translators - as my personal demand), the seventh or twenty seventh or whatever(th) quorum of seventies, and to Pippa Middleton This is a link!!! (as a personal demand of my oldest grandchildren).

I just read a post on MDD with several references to people "cooberating." Sorry, I'm laughing too hard to provide a quote or link. Long time readers will likely guess the source of the garble anyway.
