This board is very typical of most open format boards, even those that have nothing to do with religion or politics. Try going to a music-themed board and listen to the heated debates about metal vs indie. It's the same thing there as here.

all right Buffalo, have fun reveling in the "they're all doing it" excuse. Kind of funny how your using music lovers personal opinions as a way to justify the hate here, though, seeing as there persists plenty of hate in the realm of music. I suppose coming form your perspective one could easily miss all the hate. But, perhaps that's the big problem. Ah well. While a dramatic point, it stands, if you ask me.

Flaming, taunting, bickering and fighting are all common components of the internets. They are not, however, synonymous with hate.

Sure I misbehave, as they say. But that doesn't do much to figure out your problems, does it?

I agree with your rather mundane platitudes, as DJ would think of it. Thanks.

No one cared, till Liz decided to post a thread about, and cross post it over at her little pet project.

WTF.

Here is the antecedent: No one cared, till…
Here is the consequent: Liz decided to post a thread about, and cross post it over at her little pet project.

So what you should have said was:

stemelbow wrote:So the hate showed up when Liz brought up a controversial poster and then cross posted about this elsewhere? A'ight.
