Talk to me when you have passed beyond your emotions. An advanced student of philosophy would understand what I mean.
wat?
Honestly, Q, I agree with Stak. The attribution of "true intellect" as only found among "liberals" or "conservatives" is rather simplistic.
Nor would I characterize any post of Stak's as a rant. An acerbic critique? Yes. But he's not lobbed one of those your way.

I don't think I said that, but OK.
Stak seems to have decided that I'm not is friend. I'm not sure why, but it is a little annoying. His claim to be a philosopher or student of philosophy doesn't really play out well when viewing his posts. His very opinionated points of view do not point to someone who is looking for a true explanation of reality.
Maybe when he gets a little further into his studies.

It's only my own experience. Something you may not understand, yet. I don't know why you have decided to be antagonistic towards me. I would have thought that our thoughts on the world, in general, would have been similar.
Still, if you want to continue being an adversary, I would suggest we just don't address one another.
I find your responses juvenile. Adolescent. A bright adolescent, but still juvenile. Looking for a fight instead of looking for a friend.
Lets talk when you get past all this.
