Do Mormon men at conference seem gayer than usual?
So I sat down to watch some conference with my wife. I wasn't paying attention to the tv and I thought it was a woman saying the prayer. I looked up and to my surprise it was a man. Then the choir sang and many of the men singing seemed somewhat effeminate. I've never noticed this before. I've always attended church outside Utah. Is this a Utah male thing or more of a recent acceptance of gays in the church?

Singers are gay.
Effeminate mannerisms means one is gay.
Thanks for the insight. I will have to quit the ward choir and stop crying at football games.

The motab just hasn't repealed their private version of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" yet.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

I'm not saying there anything wrong with it. Just an observation. My homometer was going nuts during that last prayer and song.

I never cry at football games. Only at track meets.
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

I coach a football team. Yesterday we had seven turnovers. Each time the boy would come off the field crying. Too much crying in football games.

I think it's called 'gaydar'. I've been working on developing mine by watching Real Housewives with my wife. Almost any show on Bravo will work.

Make no mistake, there are gay people in the Choir. My brother-in-law recently came out of the closet and is now in divorce proceedings. He obviously had to leave the Choir as a result. I've heard some very shocking stories from him about Choir members (I think I might start a separate thread about this).
On another note, is it just me or does anyone else think it's odd that the few minority members of the Choir seem to get a disproportionate amount of camera time?

John Beck did the same thing. What does that say about BYU's team? That they have a bunch of Pee Wee football boys playing on there? :D

I think Heaps cries when a defender hits him too hard. Riley Nelson is a stud though. I don't think he cries. Too bad he can't hit the broad side of a barn.
