Kwaku the COVID King
As many of us recall, Kwaku was really good about taking COVID seriously, and helping others take it seriously too:

COVID-19 update: The state health department says the recent spike in cases is being driven by mostly college-aged people in Utah County. The Utah County health department confirmed the off-campus dance parties attended by college students are to blame for the spike in cases ...since last Friday, state health says 39 percent of new cases are from Utah County which makes up 20 percent of the state population.

Bill Reel observed in the last Mormon Live that Kwaku El lacks empathy. When I heard that I thought it sounded harsh, but considering the way he and his associates seem to have had no compunction about facilitating the transmission of a deadly virus, maybe Bill is right. One wonders how much damage Kwaku caused during the pandemic. A responsible person would have been cautious and held off on the parties.

We need to remember that he is just a kid making kid mistakes. On the other hand, the brethren would be wise to keep the training wheels on our house party organizer.

Maybe in age, legally, but emotionally? Physically in terms of brain formation? These articles say that brain isn't fully functional until the mid-20's:

Yeah. We all know that. Why are you trying to downplay his behavior? I was competent by the time I turned 16. He’s clearly capable of understanding his behavior and the effect he’s hoping to achieve with others.
That said, what age is the age you’d hold someone accountable for their words and deeds?

Yeah. He's in his mid-twenties. Surely by his age he should be able to understand what a deadly pandemic is. It is one thing to refuse to wear a mask. It is another to bring together large groups of people to get very close and personal without masks. The latter is deeply reckless.Dr Exiled wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 4:52 pmMaybe in age, legally, but emotionally? Physically in terms of brain formation?
