How about take a class in parenting skills and child development?

Why not. But where are they located? Do people have time to attend? Such classes need to be mandatory. Mormons go to church every sunday. They learn how to be good parents from an early age. It is ingrained within the LDS church. This is why Mormons are respected for their family values. They learn family values at church and at home.

"Whoa is me" is another alternative screen name for you.

Personal attacks? I am merely repeating your own public admissions.

And some people are taught how to be good parents from lessons learned via employment.

why me wrote:However, I showed the situation in Finland where children are mainly put in day care and now when they are teenagers they are being parented not by parents but by bad influenced 'friends' acting as parents. The reason: because parents parented their children only four hours a day at a time when they were too tired to be parents.

Then preach that there needs to be at least one parent at home, not that it has to be the woman.

And that's where you're wrong.

Knowledge would be a better word. There are many social workers and sociologists who have knowledge about porn and its affects in society. There is plenty of research out there. I suppose that I can assume that these professionals have experience with porn too.

Maybe. However, work can be a stressful place and if the work acquires more hours and more uncertainties and more competitive pressure, parenting will suffer accordingly. The economic uncertainities are certainly not making parenting any easier. And it seems that many children are in the abyss of life because of it.

Eonomic certainty and a parent at home would help the situation, if the parent knows how to be a parent.

Just because females tend to be more nurturing toward young children does not mean all females are suited to be stay-at-home mothers, anymore than the fact that males tend to be more aggressive means that all males are suited to be in the military.
