That's a disappointment for them (I take it you are in the clear yourself on this).
So what's in it for them if they do accept baptism in the next life? How far up the kingdoms can they get? Does acceptance move them straight up to a nicer place from wherever they are now?

Telestial bound folks suffer in hell (at least if they are Telestial bound because of sin) until the last resurrection. No immediate move to a nicer place.

Nephi was insane as evidenced by the voice...and therefore unable to premeditate and be deliberate. He was just a tool doing the bidding of whatever the voice...told him to do.
