Yes. The body will take care of things while you sleep. Maybe only 95% of men have masturbated, but I'd wager 100% have had one of those dreams.
Masturbating just 5 times a week actually reduces your risk of prostate cancer by 1/3rd.
1/3rd from what? One in a million?
Even assuming that benefit is truly significant and cannot be gained by other means, I don't see why strict monogamy with frequent intercourse wouldn't be just as beneficial for prostate health (since monogamy would counter the STD risk). Furthermore monogamy would yield greater returns in emotional intimacy, etc. all without the need to treat people as objects for mere sexual gratification.
Exploitation is very rare in the porn industry
I find that doubtful. Regardless, it treats people as objects for sexual gratification rather than actual people with personality. (Yes, yes, I'm sure you can find some exceptions).
In fact, I would make a strong argument that pornography keeps desperate women from prostitution (a far more dangerous industry by any standards).
Sure, porn sucks less than prostitution, but then only having one broken leg sucks less than having two broken legs. I think there's a better solution here. Maybe if we empowered these women economically and so on, far fewer of them would choose to do those sort of things. Just a guess of course.
