As long as you're trying to get something out of a relationship rather than freely offering something you're going to have trouble in this world. People are selfish and they suck, men and women both.

My religious beliefs have given me a reason to deal with relationships. If it weren't for my beliefs in the afterlife I certainly wouldn't participate. It wouldn't be worth it. But I believe that ultimately, we'll be paired with people who have lived the same level of interpersonal Christlike attributes as we ourselves have shown.

Being an alpha male isn't all fun and games you know. It's hard work having to turn down the scores of women begging for your time. Also, I have to buy lots of underwear since girls are always stealing them to get a whiff of my pheromones. Even worse than women (or the underwear gnomes) stealing my undies is when I see someone like Darrick try to steal my underwear. I mean, I get that he wants my pheromones, but there are some lines guys just shouldn't cross.

I've told Darrick that if he wants to be lucky at love she should try being a woman. I've even volunteered to help pay for the medical operation. Then Darrick could learn first hand how to be attractive to a woman. He could also practice being rude to alpha males while making himself more attractive and kind to omegas--since he has deep sympathy for them.

One last thing Darrick should know about being an Alpha male. When you're an alpha, you don't even have to watch diet and exercise since the pheromones will hijack a woman's will making her putty in her arms. Why, if I wanted to I could even go for days without showering or brushing my teeth just like Darrick and women would still swarm around me. I could even drop diet and exercise if I wanted to except that all the women keep me up on exercise--if you catch my drift (wink, wink).

Would you even try to find a long term relationship? Would you even chase girls and try to sleep with them? Or would you just not bother and randomly pay for sex when you need it?

I hate the idea of paying for sex and I never have. That includes porn. But paying for sex is usually what being in a relationship means. I'd probably just pick out a plain jane that wasn't terribly expensive in money or attention. I find less demanding women much more attractive, especially for a long term relationship. There's nothing sexier than having a girl pay when you go out.

Would I still have a desire to reproduce if I didn't believe in an ultimate reciprocity? I guess so. But given my distaste for relationships in general, I doubt I'd ultimately commit to it. I have sports and other things that make me happy in my life, happy to be a man. Chasing women, is not something that makes me happy I was born a man. For some men, if the woman is smoking hot, they'll drop $50,000 and claim to not regret it.

I see old men who pay small fortunes for even semi attractive women and I can't help but frown and say that I hope I never get that desperate. Maybe they say the same about me. But I worked too hard and too long to ever forfeit that much money to a woman, especially if I already had children or another heir who could use my help.

Fair enough man. I too have noticed in general that when a girl is more attractive they are definitely more high maintenance. They all claim that they are not but then when you really get to know them you find out that they are. The key is to find an attractive girl that isn't high maintenance and she has to like you too. That can be a challenge :)
