Jeffrey R. Holland quote needed

Hey,

Holland in a recent (past couple of years) address talked about accepting people who were new-order Mormons - not in those words, but something along those lines. Heck, I think I even quoted it in a post somewhere on the interwebs.

Well, for the life of me, I can't find this talk, quote, whatever.... and am hoping a more competent googler or a more elastic mind would help me out. Does anyone recall any such talk by Elder Holland?
