Actually the topic has changed. I stated that both norway and finland would be dysfunctional cities with small population of 4.0 million and 5.3 million respectively. The sites that I linked to show that both countries suffer from severe social problems. To understand why this is has much more to do with other issues besides overcrowded daycares and less parenting time. Both countries are experiencing rapid social changes as their economies adjust from a social democratic model to a more liberal model of economic relations, especially in finland.
Do you have any examples of a "functional" society?

I just googled suicide in norway and got that site. Didn't read the site at all since I only got the suicide stats. But it is american I believe. But I did prove my point about both countries would be dysfunctional cities.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world. Joseph Smith We are “to feed the hungry, to clothe the naked, to provide for the widow, to dry up the tear of the orphan, to comfort the afflicted, whether in this church, or in any other, or in no church at all…” Joseph Smith

Actually, you have yet to prove the underlined.

You could also probably use that site to "prove" all kinds of anti-Semitic conspiracy theories.
Classy, WhyMe. Very classy. Do you have a Swastika-print mousepad?

This is a big problem for people like whyme who are only interested in showing that their opinions are right. They don't care where they get their information, or checking for accuracy. He also forgets that suicides have many factors and causes. One of which is cold climates with little sunlight in winter. Norway actually scores very well against other countries on quality of life http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quality-of-life_Index Number 3 is pretty good.

I know. And Finland is number 12. Both are ranked higher than the US, but according to whyme, if they were US cities, "they would be considered dysfunctional."
edited to add: His argument is that it's the use of childcare that's making these countries so 'dysfunctional.'
