Spirits of the dead in the Pre-Existence?

Does Mormon theology allow for the possibility that the spirits of the dead can visit those yet to be born, yet in the pre-existence?

If I recall correctly, according to Saturday's Warriors, they can.

My own opinion is that they can't as pre-existent spirits live in Celestial glory whereas the Spirit World in the afterlife, being prior to the judgement, does not have common access to a Celestial glory.

Sure. And when you combine that with the plurality of Gods and many inhabited worlds and infinite creations, the implication is that there are Celestial glories in many locales.

I'm not convinced it does allow for it.

First, what would be the point?

Dead guy, "Hey, you are about to be born into the Kardashian family. Beware!" what is a soon-to-be infant going to gain from such intel?

Second, dead folks have two paths: missionary work or spirit detention/prison/solitary confinement... Okay that's more than 2... Oh, and there's outer darkness as well. So many places for the dead guy to visit with so little time.
