Knowledge of good and evil = ashamed of being naked

The Bible story has lost a few details. It wasn't just one apple. She ate many many of these delicious apples. Over a period of time she put on a excess weight and as a result of this she was ashamed of being naked.

After seeing this evil, Adam turned to food for comfort and ended up in the same condition.

Some thoughts I've had on this subject:
Adam and Eve were made aware of the concept of nakedness by Satan. He instructed them to cover their nakedness. I think Satan may have done this to mock God. Satan had seen this "scenario" many times before and knew that the next step for Adam and Eve was to receive the animal skins from Elohim with the sacred covenants that would come with them. Getting them to wear a fig leaf would symbolize that Adam and Eve had succumbed to the influence of Satan.

The source of this knowledge is Satan, not God (cf. The glory of god is intelligence)?

But it was God who left A&E without knowledge and Satan who glorified God by giving knowledge to A&E from whom God had withheld it?

Is getting temple goers to wear aprons a symbol that Original Sin stains us even yet?

No, here's what really happened. That knowledge fruit was really tasty but outrageously acidic (good and evil), and when they ate it, they loved it but the juice dripped on their groin, and they didn't like the burning sensation. That's when they knew they needed aprons (or groin bibs). They were ashamed they didn't think of this a long time ago.
