Yes, as I just stated in my above post, I just read the thread discussing me and my PMs on "The Cafeteria". That was why I felt compelled to address my concern (in my above post) with Liz.

I created The Cafeteria as simply a gathering place for friends...my friends...who have some common interests. That is really all there is to it. It has been blown up into some huge conspiracy. That is the last thing I wanted to happen. That was the main reason I had not publicized it, and why it was privatized to begin with. [b]Don't forget. We were quietly going about our business, in our own little corner of the Internet...on a URL that is purposefully not easily searchable. Had Scratch not publicized my site to begin with...NONE of this would have ever happened.

I don't really have a dog in this race, but I would like to make a couple of observations about your board.

I just looked at your board for the first time and noticed that you had posted some pretty derogatory statements about me. You also posted that you had read some of my PMs to Ray Agnostini and that they were disgusting.

While I won't go into the details of my PMs with Ray (unlike you), suffice it to say that there are two sides to this story. I will say that I am concerned that you, a Moderator on this board, would use her influence to post about my PMs on "The Cafeteria". IMHO, totally unprofessional and in violation of several rules.

Again, just my 2 cents and I really don't expect this post to have any affect on your behavior Liz, as I already know, from reading your posts, how you feel about me. I just wanted to get this off my chest. Thanks, and carry on.

Ray publicly posted the PM you sent to him. Shades and I were both online at the same time. I read it before Shades deleted it. Let me make clear that I did NOT go into Ray's PM's, or yours, and read them. I do not HAVE that ability..and even if I did, that is something I would NEVER do. That was actually done to me when I was a poster at FAIR/MAD. I know how it feels to have that happen.

My comments referred to Ray's public posting of what you sent to him...and I stand by the fact that, if it was, in fact, true, it is horrible, and as a parent, I am sickened by it, and don't understand how someone could say something like that to another human being.

It would have worked if DCP had not dragged this board onto the Cafeteria. I said it from the first post that he made over there regarding Scratch. At that time, some folks defended his "right" to vent over there.

The second time he posted about it, most of the posters advised him to "let it go".

This is what happens when you don't let it go. You screw up what could have been a really nice board and I fully blame Daniel for this.

Not once did he take responsibility for creating this nightmare. He cavalierly blamed it on every one in sight.

When Liz posted about the stress, he IGNORED her post.

Daniel tainted the Cafeteria by engaging THIS BOARD on the other board under the guise of being a non-participant here.

He is NOT a non-participant. He actively engages this place (and Scratch) everywhere but here.

Grow a spine, Peterson.

If you have a beef with Scratch or anyone else on this board, bring your beef HERE and engage it in full public view. Do not expect someone like me to cooperate with your stirring the pot on a non-viewable board and making a complete mess out of a new board that could have been one of the most pleasant LDS related boards in existence. Stop asking other people to do your bidding for you. Stop splattering this nonsense on other boards while at the same time claiming you don't want to be the focus of attention and then blaming everyone else for the choices you make.

At the risk of being flamed by her (again), I agree with this. One bad apple rotted the whole bushel, because for friends and/or NOMs, I have never heard liz identify as a design or purpose of thecafe having a place for people to secretly lob Molotov cocktails at non-registrants or other boards. Indeed, she indicated it was a personal-attack free zone.

If Dan had the courage that Jersey Girl does, to say what he is thinking at least to the other's Internet face, then thecafe would yet be up and running.

I've heard reference to Dan making a "witch" remark about you, Jersey Girl, but I have no context for that remark. Unless he was saying you were like Glenda, good witch of the North, I doubt it was positive or even neutral.
