I believe you have the option of refusing PMs from posters. You may have to put them on ignore, I can't remember.

This forum has no function for blocking someone's PMs from your inbox. You simply have to tell the person to not PM you anymore.
Last time someone PM'ed me after I had told him not to PM me, he was suspended for a week (I think).

Can't you set PM's to 'no' on your user CP board preferences?

You can set yourself to not receive PMs at all, yes.
But you cannot select specific users to be blocked from your inbox. People on your "Foes" list can still PM you.

You just don't have to open them.
ETA: I just checked to see if there was a way to delete PMs and didn't see how it might be possible. That would likely be a useful feature for some people here.
