I seriously want to know what the big deal is -- what justifies a five+ year crusade against another human being? Can no one here answer this? Can Scratch not answer it? Why? I just want some answers. If Scratch is unable to provide them, then he is morally obligated to disengage from his ongoing five+ year public (but anonymous) crusade of smearing the real life person of another human being.

Now, if there's a legitimate reason, like the target murdered the crusader's family or something, I want to know. If this is the case, I will drop it, because the crusade will have been justified.

When someone has been on a five+ year (and ongoing) crusade against one person -- using that person's real name and dragging it through the mud, finding dirt on this one person from a 1970s BYU Jerusalem reunion, even going so far as to dig up his Amazon wish list, and not to mention the endless name calling and character defamation -- I have a right to ask. If Scratch cannot answer, then he has a moral obligation to stop the slander. He doesn't need you defending him. He should be able to defend himself.

No one owes you anything, Simon. You can't defend yourself and thus you have no moral standing. You are in no position to judge anyone.
