Re: Top Ten Worst Things that LDS critics have done
1. Haun's Mill
2. Bombings and murders in Latin America
3. Claiming Mormons have "horns"
4. Wiping their rear ends with Mormon sacred objects outside the temple
I'm sure I could think of more, but this should suffice to make my point.

I believe it happened with garments and that it took place on Temple Square sometime around 2004. I used to be able to buy my husband's garments for him if needed before that, but after that, they began asking to see temple recommends.
My own "worst" list for critics (I'm using "critic" in a very broad sense here):
1. Haun's Mill Massacre
2. Extermination Order
3. Other acts of violence against Mormons, whether fatal or non-fatal (tarring and feathering, rocks thrown at missionaries, etc.)
4. Prosecution of polygamy and molestation of polygamous families
5. Desecrating, defacing, or otherwise disrespecting items that Mormons hold sacred (scriptures, garments, etc.)
6. The murders of Joseph and Hyrum Smith
7. Any lies about or intentional misrepresentation of LDS beliefs in an attempt to paint Mormons in a bad light
In no particular order.

Re: Top Ten Worst Things that LDS critics have done
1. killed Joseph (a really dumb move)
2. hounded Daniel and anyone else with a positive view of the church
3. issued an extermination order that lasted over 100 years
4. hounded women and children from their homes in the middle of winter
5. meddle(d) in other people's business

(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Note the term "ADS" below refers to Ancient-day Saints. This term is used to distinguish ancient Mormons from LDS Mormons.
- massacre of the un-armed Anti-Nephi-Lehites
throwing ADS believers into a pit of fire (including women and children)
killing Gideon for preaching the word of God
slapping Alma and Amulek's cheeks over and over
hitting Nephi with a rod
tying Nephi to a boat mast (not to protect him from Sirens but out of sheer anger)
Making fun of ADS for believing Christ will appear
Taxing ADS with a 1/5 tax

Re: Top Ten Worst Things that LDS critics have done
1. Making fun of green jello.
2. Making fun of funeral potatoes (they're actually pretty good).
3. Snickering at "funny" underwear (I'll tell you about my experience at an army induction physical in SLC, sometime).
4. Making jokes about the three Nephites.
5. Being amused at apologist's defense of Joseph Smith and his polygamy ("where are the children?").
6. Laughing out loud at apologist's defense of Brigham Young.
7. Making fun of the Book of Mormon.
8. Rolling their eyes at the apologist's excuses about the Mountain Meadows Massacre.
9. Making fun of the Book of Abraham.
10. Wishing that Joseph Smith had followed a different career path and saved all of us this trouble.
I shamefully admit to being guilty of all these things.

This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

Re: Top Ten Worst Things that LDS critics have done
1. Formulating and trying to implement the "so called" final Mormon solution. It was bad enough to round up all the Mormons into containment camps to deprive them of green Jell-O, but then to subject them to constant broadcasts of Shawn McCraney was unconscionable.
