I don't have any more place in my heart for him than for you. I'm just quite willing to point out that some of you have some pretty ugly feelings about the guy. I know you disagree with that assessment, but sadly attempting to paint him as obsessive because he comments on Scratch's sig line a month later isn't any more obsessive than you complaining about Will here. Perhaps in terms of weight, your behavior appears even more obsessive if one had to be categorized as obsessive.

I'm not the one in a 5 year, soul destroying feud, though, nor am I the one pretending to stay away from any boards. I just thought it was funny that Will is back to hiding behind Nomad. It means he feels like he's losing the argument.

I read MAD because there are interesting threads there (though they're usually locked right when the mopologists are going down in flames). I regularly quote ridiculous statements from all kinds of people there. I'm not pretending that I'm not.

So when I asked you if you searched out posts by Peterson there you weren't being entirely truthful when you said you do not do that? You search out other posts and happen to stumble upon his from time to time, perhaps? I don't see why he's so obsessive, as you say. He's merely doing much like you, if that much.

No Stem. I just read the most interesting threads at the top of the front page.

Stem, I didn't even bring up Dr. Peterson, you did. What's with this obsession with Dr. Peterson all the time? With you it's always Dr. Peterson this, Dr. Peterson that. What gives?

I don't have any ugly feelings from Dr. Peterson at all. I don't think much of his debate skills, but that doesn't mean I dislike him.

My point has been made, buffalo. I imagine you and other posters here won't give it much notice at all. That's fine. I'm not continuing down this trail. I only brought up Peterson because our conversation was so fresh on my mind, when you brought him up in the other thread, or commented on him.

Okay. but just note, then. It makes your complaints about Dr. Peterson seem silly. As it is your behavior is akin to the obsessive behavior from Peterson, since Peterson commented on Scratch's sig a month after he had planted it, and Peterson was told about it by another.

Please. Move on from the Peterson thing stemelbow. Let it go.

I think you are asking too much of stem, emotionally that is.

What is your psychological assessments then? I do grant that on both sides of the isle there are some interesting personalities entrenched in this topic. For every Will there's a Kevin, it seems.

I don't have a psychological assessment. I'm still trying to figure out what drives people to defend what can't be defended. It's a mystery to me. I have the same puzzlement regarding young-earth creationists.

its odd that my mention of him is in defense, often. That is I only mention him when others already bring him up and attack him. And somehow they aren't the one's being asked to let it go and move on. Buffalo is the one who said the other day that he is an obsessive man for doing much less than what Buffalo did here. Oh yeah, my point was already made, but no one is willing to see that. Oh well. I try.

I'm not convinced you have a point, Stem. On the bright side, you managed to make another thread all about Dr. Peterson!

Why do you think the church can't be defended? That puzzles me.
