I'm stuck on the east coast for the time being. PM with that information you were going to about the plane wreckage! Remember? I want to play around with that essay over the holiday break...

What a fond dream! And imagine if Stak were to come along! We could peddle his tender wares for cigarettes in the camp!

What a generous comment, gramps! Thanks.

On the other hand, one might detect a Cuckoo's Nest allusion in there, but I'd still be flattered.

Well, sometimes a great notion is just that - a great notion, whether inspired by a 'never give an inch' cranky, old patriarch or a bunch of kooks. ;)

But Reverend Kishkumen, let us not forget that the tab is ultimately being picked up by the LDS Church.

Some of our colleagues seem to think that the person who said that was kidding.

My dear Sith Lord, I was referring to that very generous patron! I just didn't want jealous FAIR folk to be up in arms over the corporate backing Kishapalooza gets from LDS, Inc.!

DarthJ, I thought you seemed at least slightly embarrassed for me knowing TMB was prepared to unload his merry mirth mostly for my benefit. Am I wrong? Between my hearing loss, constant tinnitus and the din at the restaurant I was spared the bulk of his rude blast. Besides I was untouchable and still aloft from the wind beneath my wings at The Apocalrock Visitor Center.

Thanks to all for the unexpected consolation of NOT having to truck so many smart people off the premises in mocking hysterics. Never been as honored afore. That was a day to remember.

TMB, would love to sit and chat mano a mano anytime. Mano a mano does not mean, man to man or one on one, but hand to hand, so prepare for battle. But I would still like to meet without an audience.
