There are a couple of women in my ward who are endowed and wear skirts that are only slightly longer, with either leotards or sometimes no leotards. Some how, they manage to get the garments above the line - probably some ultra-shrinking?

I also know that you can order a shorter-style garment, for shorter people. If I ordered shorter garments, and made them a size smaller than my pants size, and then washed and dried them, they would shrink to almost a boxer-brief length, making it possible to wear a reasonable length shorts in the summer.

You could get the thinner, slick garments underneath those leggings. It wouldn't be any different than wearing them under panty hose, which I do all the time.

I don't see a problem with the outfit at all.

I expect the GAs will get right on this issue. Dress standards and modesty are the most pressing issues facing the church today. Thank you for pointing out this loophole in the system. The brethren will now gather in their war room to develop guidelines regarding this new style. The ever changing fashion industry continues to keep the lord on his toes.
