When I was in junior high school, there were special ed kids who rode on the same bus with us. There was always a group of stupid, immature boys who loved to gang up and make fun of one particular Down’s syndrome kid.

That’s what the last few posts on this thread remind me of.

Wow...I've seen people occasionally say mean things to the stem but I have never seen anyone equate him to a "down's syndrome kid". Ouch.

One of my voice students has Down's Syndrome. She is the most dedicated, talented student I have. She is also beautiful, inside and out.

Anyone would be so lucky to compared to her.
