Best Website to Explain LDS Church Truth Claim Problems
An LDS acquaintance I worked with years ago recently contacted me to learn more about my reasons for leaving the LDS church. I gave her a general synopsis of my reasons, but I want to direct her to the best online sources that discuss the problems with:
1) Book of Mormon, especially incongruence with known archeology, DNA, history, etc.
2) Book of Abraham. A few years ago, I watched a video online that went through point-by-point about how the Book of Abraham is bogus. Does anyone have this link? I can’t find it.
3) Church history issues, especially things about Joseph Smith, his frauds, lies, polygamy, etc.
I’m NOT looking for debates about LDS doctrine versus mainstream Christianity.
Rather, resources that give a basic synopsis of the biggest facts that are undisputed by LDS “scholars” but are largely unknown, glossed over or hidden from the general chapel Mormon.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Best Website to Explain LDS Church Truth Claim Problems
While it is not an internet reference, I would start with Rough Stone Rolling. If that is not too much of a leap for them then I would move on to Early Mormonism and the Magic World View. Starting with internet stuff can be brutal and may just turn the person off any serious research at all. Much of it is so over the top that any TBM will just assume it is all that way and walk away.
There are several good threads going on right now on MDD regarding the Book of Abraham. I am sure most TBMs would drop their chins if they read Wade England's suggestion that Joseph Smith & scribes may not of known which part of the papryi the Book of Abraham was on when they "translated" it. The KEP is unknown to many LDS.
Also Mormon Expressions (http://mormonexpression.com/ might be a good place to start. I would especially recommend George Miller's podcasts on Mormonism and Masonry (episodes 144, 145, 149 & 152)

The best single-page resource listing (and briefly detailing) the problems within Mormonism is this one:
http://home.teleport.com/~packham/tract.htm
That's the best starting point I've ever seen.

Jim Day's site is very good, particularly on the three issues mentioned in the OP.

Will your friend even go to an "anti-mormon" site? My friends and family stay far far away.

Richard Packham is great. I was reading his stuff and trading a few emails with him before I found you.
I'm a little surprised that we don't hear anything from him on this site (maybe we do and I don't recognize him).
This, or any other post that I have made or will make in the future, is strictly my own opinion and consequently of little or no value.

I also think there's some pretty good stuff at Rethinking Mormonism— www.i4m.com
Most believers would certainly see it as anti-Mormon. mormonthink.com might be a little less inflammatory
