Will Schryver "Problematic" for Maxwell Institute?

I'm not sure I understand exactly what stemelbow is trying to say in this paragraph, but I am curious about one thing. What is it Will Schryver did that no one wants to be associated with? I'm curious because I also read this post on the New Order Mormon forum:

Have you read what William Schryver has posted over on Mormon Discussions? It's absolutely foul. I can't even post what he's written because it would get moderated here immediately! He used such horribly crude, sexually explicit language that I quite honestly only got part way through reading the evidence against him before I'd had enough. He treats women in such a disrespectful manner that it's appalling (he's even posted things about his wife and daughter that are very insulting and sexually explicit).

I haven't seen anything like that. The worst stuff I saw was him using the word "bitch" a couple times. I saw it in the thread about misogyny that was linked from the New Order Mormon forum. Is that the stuff you're talking about stemelbow?

If you had read my first post, you would have seen that I said I had read that thread. I saw that Will used the word "bitch" a couple times. Is that what you're talking about?

The thread was really long, and I admit I only read or scanned through the first 20 or 30 pages of it. Could you just summarize for me?

A'ighty. I didn't know that's the thread you were talking about. I'm not going to recreate the case. I think it was made quite well there. I bleieve it was in that thread that someone suggested that the reason MI decided to drop his publication was because of the information in that thread. I'd say its worse than just saying the b word a couple times. It was more like a pattern of speaking poorly to women posters here, constantly throwing weird sexual or derogatory comments at them because they are women. I don't suggest that its mysogeny per se, though.

I admit I only read parts of that one thread, but it seemed like it was supposed to be a compilation of all the supposedly bad stuff he's done. It was nothing at all compared to the kinds of stuff that goes on here from day to day. I didn't see a "pattern of speaking poorly to women posters here." At least it didn't strike me as being anything more than your typical MDB back and forth stuff. Some of it was kind of funny. Yeah, there was a little innuendo, but nothing like what the person was saying about him in the post I saw from newordermormon.org.
