Nice opening gambit. If it were true. Which it isn't.

Most republicans couldn't care less about Mormonism, know little about it, and would be willing to enthusiastically support a Mormon were she/he espousing policies they believe in. You might make the case that some, maybe most, evangelicals will not support a Mormon, but that's probably as far as you can go.

So typical of liberals to think everyone else endorses candidates the way they do: what ever feels good.

Mind numbing. Utterly. These are the same old, tired, threadbare liberation-theological proof texts that have been used by careless but emotionally committed ideologues for generations now. Look at the picture again. This, of course, has nothing whatever to do with "capitalism," but simply with the nature of mortality. The places on earth, traditionally, where this kind of relationship exists in institutionalized, perpetual form, are of course the socialist societies, and others like them (military juntas, thugocracies, kleptocracies, and all manner of top down, command and control economies).

It just wouldn't have done ludwigm any good to have shown a picture of Colin Powell, Clarence Thomas, Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Lonnie Johnson, Kenneth Chenault, Ronald A. Williams, Ursula Burns, etc., etc., etc., etc., would it? That would have begun the spoilage of his simple minded leftist moral posturing, wouldn't it?
